The Study On The Problems Of Students Crisis Managememt In Quanzhou Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,the state promulgated a series of related policies of Higher Vocational Education,such as "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening the Work of Talents Training in Higher Vocational Education" and " Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education ".It has promoted the rapid development of higher vocational education vigorously,and the higher vocational colleges in Quanzhou have also entered a rapid development period.However,with some of the "campus crisis" appeared gradually,the education and teaching activities in schools have been affected,and the life and property safety of the teachers and students also have been threatened,which not only damaged the reputation of the school,but also endangered the security and stability,reform and development of the school.Therefore,it is a very urgent and important issue for Quanzhou higher vocational colleges to establish an effective crisis management of students in higher vocational colleges,to prevent and deal with the crisis,and to reduce losses followed by the crisis.With the methods of documentation,case analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview,the thesis adopted the crisis management theory and delicacy theory to make a deep analysis on the present situation,problems and causes of students crisis management in Quanzhou Higher Vocational Colleges.Higher vocational colleges in Quanzhou have poor senses of crisis management,unsound early warning management system,defective crisis response capacity,low professional level and improper public relation,which are the main causes to the problems above.In the end,this thesis drew on the successful students crisis management experience of other domestic higher vocational colleges.On this basis,it put forward some strategies to improve the management mechanism and prevention mechanism of students crisis,to strengthen the education of crisis publicity,to enhance the capability of crisis management and to perfect the mechanism of crisis public relations,so as to improve the students crisis management in Higher Vocational Colleges in Quanzhou.
