The crisis of higher vocational colleges has occurred frequently in recent years,which has brought a lot of influence to the daily teaching management work and the study life of students in higher vocational colleges.However,most higher vocational colleges still have some problems such as loopholes in management mechanism and so on.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to investigate and study the crisis management in higher vocational colleges,to explore the main problems in the crisis management of higher vocational colleges,and to analyze the causes of these problems.Therefore,it is called upon the managers of higher vocational colleges to carry out the traditional teaching management,at the same time,it is also necessary to strengthen the prevention and control work of crisis in the light of the actual social development,and to keep the losses under control as far as possible.In the low range,the harmonious and stable campus environment is built on this basis.In addition,through the investigation and research on the problems existing in the crisis management of higher vocational colleges,it is hoped that it can provide corresponding references for the managers of higher vocational colleges to carry out this work.It provides some help for the research and practice of crisis management in higher vocational colleges under the background of the new era.In order to deeply study the related problems of student crisis management in higher vocational colleges,the author chooses Dalian Vocational XX College,Dalian equipment Manufacturing Professional XX College,Dalian XX College as the specific research object of this paper.With the help of questionnaire survey,the paper expounds the present situation of the three colleges in carrying out the campus crisis management and carries out comparative analysis and research.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures of the crisis management in the higher vocational colleges in combination with the analysis.Firstly,by consulting the relevant literature,we can understand the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in exploring advanced management theories and models,and make clear the achievements of universities in crisis management.At the same time,we can sort out and define the definitions of crisis and its related management concepts,so as to provide a theoretical level for future research.Upper support.Secondly,the present situation of crisis management in Dalian Vocational XX College,Dalian equipment Manufacturing Professional XX College and Dalian XX College is investigated and analyzed,and the questionnaire is designed and revised.The reliability andvalidity of the questionnaire were analyzed,and a formal questionnaire was formed to carry out quantitative research.Finally,the results of the investigation are analyzed.The survey data show that the existing problems of campus crisis management in higher vocational colleges are mainly focused on three aspects: student management factors,students' own factors and social environmental factors.This paper probes into the construction of crisis early warning mechanism in higher vocational colleges,from setting up the propaganda idea of cooperating with the news media and strengthening the prevention of students' unexpected events in advance.This paper probes into the countermeasures of campus crisis management in higher vocational colleges from four aspects: perfecting the system of early warning and emergency management and strengthening the education and propaganda of students' crisis.
