On The Intervention Of Group Work In College Students' Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship

The dormitory is social area which college students gather together to study,have fun and communicate with each other.There is an important impact on College Students'mentality,personality,mental health,individual success for roommates' relationship.Therefore,the deep study of the college students' dormitory interpersonal relationship,lead to the discovery and improvement of college students' dormitory problem troubled relationships,as well as to college students' physical and mental health,makes the academic development better.Firstly,based on the need of theory,social theory of learning and social theory,this article sets out the background of the interpersonal relationship of the group work into the dormitory of university student,constructed a group to improve the interpersonal relationship of college student dormitory with the comprehensive application of questionnaire survey method,semi-structure depth interview method,literature method and observation method,combined the theory and practice.We select a random sample of 100 students from Henan University of science and technology as the object of investigation.With the survey questionnaire,structured interviews and observation,survey the quality of dormitory relationships,we understand the problems and influencing factors of interpersonal relationship in college students' dormitory.The study conducted by six teams substantive activities in the course of activities carried out.Team workers are observing the crew in terms of behavior,expression,and so on during the activities.Compared with analysis of the data base before and after.We could explain the effects with involvement of team works involved in college students.According to the analysis and evaluation of the involvement of the working group,we may realize the benefits of improvement of college students on the dormitory interpersonal relationship.Meanwhile,it improves the ability of interpersonal communication,and development of College Students' healthy psychology,so that college students can live in a harmonious and safe environment...
