The Influence Of Feniale College Students’ Interpersonal Values On Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship

With the rapid development of network,the distance between people is shortened,and the communication between people is no longer limited by time and space.Nowadays,interpersonal relationship has become an important factor affecting people’s mental health.Contemporary college students are the hope of the motherland,the future of the nation,and the builders of the future of the socialist cause.Whether their interpersonal values are correct or not is related to personal growth and development,and is also closely related to the development of the country and social progress.At present,the number of female college students in many colleges and universities has accounted for half of the country.At the same time,there are many new situations and problems in the interpersonal relationship of female dormitory.Therefore,it is very realistic and necessary to study the interpersonal values and dormitory interpersonal relationship of female college students.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,discusses the reasons for the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,combs the domestic and foreign research on interpersonal values and dormitory interpersonal relationship,and introduces the research methods and innovation of this paper.The second part defines the three core concepts of values,interpersonal values and interpersonal relationship.The third part is to investigate the status quo and influencing factors of female college students’ interpersonal values through structured interviews and questionnaires,and to compare and analyze the differences of interpersonal values of female college students in different grades,majors,places of origin,only child and non-only child,which provides a practical basis for targeted education of College Students’ interpersonal values.The fourth part is to investigate the current situation of dormitory interpersonal relationship of female college students through interviews and questionnaires,and to compare and analyze the differences of dormitory interpersonal relationship between female college students of different grades,majors,places of origin,only child and non-only child.The fifth part analyzes the relationship between the interpersonal values and dormitory interpersonal relationship of female college students.The sixth part puts forward some suggestions on how to guide female college students to establish correct interpersonal values.The study of interpersonal values and dormitory interpersonal relationship of female college students will help ideological and political educators and psychological counselors to guide female college students to establish positive interpersonal values,so as to create a good dormitory interpersonal environment,avoid extreme events caused by interpersonal conflicts,and promote campus harmony and social harmony.
