Developing Mental Health Education In Ideological And Political Lesson In The High School

High school students are in a period of rapid development of physiology and psychology,faced with the complex social environment.It is inevitable that they will face many mental problems in the process of growing.So it is important to develop mental health education for them.It is so particular that the political lesson become an important approach in the students’ mental health education.It is beneficial to develop mental health education for high school students and urge high school students to grow healthy.Besides the introduction, the text includes three parts:the first part, on the basis of the interpretation of mental health and mental health education, this paper discusses the importance of developing mental health education in political lesson.lt is beneficial to solve the high school students’ psychological problems,to improve the ideological and moral qualities of high school students,to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political lesson in the high school.The second part,the paper analyzes the problems and reasons of it. The author believes that the problems include the teachers’insufficient initiative and the unobvious effect.There are three reasons:part of the high school teachers lack of mental health literacy,it is difficult to integrate ideological and political lesson content and mental health education content,part of the high school ideological and political education teachers and high school students put themselves in improper position.The third part,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening mental health education in political lesson:develop teachers ability in it;grasp the psychological characteristics of students to target mental health education;create a democratic and harmonious teaching atmosphere in mental health education.
