Along with the rapid development of information technology and multimedia effects computer step by step and replace the status of other traditional media, the teaching is inseparable from the multimedia, multimedia arts career training for future teachers of normal school students of teaching to improve the quality of education and the students ’ influence is profound and lasting. Students should not only have the ability to use multimedia, also should have a deep knowledge of multimedia art. Investigation and analysis of this study was to present situation of cultivation of normal students ’ multimedia art, and comprehensively promote the multimedia art in the professional development of teachers ’ education and the important role of teachers ’ quality, emphasizing multimedia artistic accomplishment in normal health and the need for a career in the teaching profession, explore multimedia artistic accomplishments of students develop strategies to promote students ’ multimedia art promotion and improvement of teaching effectiveness.The research literature research and content analysis method is adopted, based on "multimedia art" research and new development and literature review the research on multimedia art and multimedia art, multimedia interface define related concepts such as art. Hangzhou Normal University students ’ works of the multimedia courseware for sample content analysis research, access to relevant data and statistical methods of analysis basic situation of the artistic accomplishments of current multimedia students, explore the root cause of its lack of multimedia art culture, and on the basis of samples for content analysis, data analysis, by combing the theory and analysis of survey results, and further explore the problems. Survey found that students ’ multimedia art culture is low, mainly reflected in the following three aspects: one is the lack of judgment to the United States, the lack of awareness of art and design, art aesthetic ability is low; the second is the lack of multimedia design and production of related knowledge and skills; Thirdly, lack of creativity and innovation. For this reason, this study, build and perfect training normal school students ’ multimedia artistic policy research, and accordingly proposed three students ’ multimedia art training and improve policies and provides references for further practical policies and decision-making. Pushing multimedia art in the professional development of teachers ’ education and the important role of teachers ’ qualities and promote students ’ multimedia art promotion and improvement of teaching effectiveness.
