In the present, computer technology is widely used in various fields of specialities; multimedia has become an important carrier for spreading information. In the teaching side of primary and secondary language, multimedia courseware as a core element of modern teaching, it’s application in teaching not only changes the traditional mode of education, teaching methods and means, but also brewed a new field of research and design – about the design and application of the sound in the courseware of the primary and secondary language. Judging from the present research both here and abroad on multimedia courseware, it mainly focuses on the solutions and breakthrough of the multimedia courseware technology and aspects of the design and evaluation of multimedia courseware for teaching, there is little research on the language courseware in the sound of the primary and secondary school.Currently, we are using the multimedia courseware to teach primary and secondary language subjects, the transfer of the information includes two aspects: vision and sound, and vision is playing a leading role, so the researches on the vision in the language courseware of primary and secondary schools have become more and more that neglects to strengthen the knowledge and research on the voice messaging of multimedia courseware. Although the research of the use of multimedia courseware for primary and secondary language teaching has matured, the literatures which proceed from the researching on the sound aspect of primary and secondary language courseware are rare both here and abroad.This paper mainly analyses and finds the problems of the collection of case through the method of case analysis, and offers solutions. The paper’s particularized structure is as follows:Introduction. It mainly analyses the purpose, significance, methods and ideas of the research, the innovations of the research and the present status of research both here and abroad.The second chapter mainly describes the relevant definitions about multimedia, and the theoretical basis of the applications of multimedia courseware’s voice.The third chapter lists the application standards and features of the sound in multimedia courseware.The fourth chapter judging from three aspects: commentary, music, sound to analyses the case and to identify the problems in sound applications.The fifth chapter proposes targeted solutions through the third chapter’s the problems,, including theoretical and technical aspects.The sixth chapter, it sums up the whole paper and analyses the development trend of multimedia courseware for teaching.
