The grade as one of the important place of teachers learning in, it contains the rich teacher learning resources on the site, and plays an important influence on the scene learning ability of teacher. However, due to the existence of the grade group management mode, the traditional grade group did not attach enough importance to teacher the learning activities, teachers in grade learning activities, failed to improve their learning ability. Teacher professional development is the key to a successful school development and education reform. Teachers scene learning ability as an important dimension of teachers’ professional development, is an important approach to promote teachers’ professional development. Therefore,it is necessary to reconstruct high school grade group at the scene of the teachers force perspective in order to promote teachers’ professional development.Teacher’s scene learning ability is a conception raised by many scholars on the basis of a condition that teachers pay attention to special field study but to despise daily work of learning.The conception suggests the school teachers’ problems in the existing state of study and work,as well as predicts the state of all kinds of modified ideas, therefore,it gets response of both practical and theoretical fields. However, the theoretical construction of this concept, full of vitality and education value, is not perfect,and it does not give full play to affect the guidance or direction for the teacher’s simultaneous learning practice. Therefore, drawing lessons from a large number of references, and on the basis of learning and adult learning theory, trying to rebuild theory of teacher’s simultaneous learning ability, and through the integration of existing information of learning ability, the author regards learning ability as subject’s ability in the process of learning, including five elements,which are learning motivation, learning efficiency, learning transformation and learning endurance, learning innovation. Teacher’s simultaneous learning ability is an ability performance in the process of learning activities.As a kind of learning ability, it shall be equipped with learning ability elements, which refers to,in the places beneficial to individual professional development provided by organization, on the basis of the information delivered by scene, teachers presenting ability in the process of learning.lt includes five aspects:simultaneous learning motivation, simultaneous learning capacity, simultaneous learning transformation, simultaneous learning endurance, and simultaneous learning innovation.Theory of teacher’s simultaneous learning ability attempts to construct from the meaning of words of ability, learning, and scene, and put forwards three paths to understand it,which are promoting teacher’s learning performance teacher’s learning process and developing teacher’s learning resource.At the scene of the teachers’ learning theory perspective, on the basis of relevant factors influencing teachers live learning ability, design the scene of the grade group activities and teachers learning ability as the main content of the questionnaire and interviews. Through questionnaire and interview, and after finishing the questionnaire survey and the interview data and information, found that the Y school grade group activities within the administration instruction scheduling, defective assessment mechanism, the ominous competitive interaction, enters a higher school of oriented organization culture obstruct the scene of the teachers’ learning motivation, teachers learn to accept force and endurance, the transformation of learning and teachers’ learning innovation development on the site. Based on Y school grade group block teachers form the learning ability, attempts to promote democratic consciousness, the formation of communication activities between content and form, reasonable design, enhance the value of organization activity, implement the relaxation of the grade group leader responsibility system to grade innovation group activity planning, content and form; Build a teachers’ team performance appraisal system, establish a learning activity reward mechanism to improve the grade group evaluation mechanism; Promote the benign competition and teamwork to strengthen grade group team cooperation consciousness; Create a learning atmosphere, establish teachers team learning system, encourage individual creative learning teachers, advocate team work to build a grade group learning oriented culture to enhance teachers’ learning ability, so as to promote teachers’ professional development.
