Research Baseball Sports Reserve Training System Under The Combination Of Sports And Education Perspective In Zhengzhou City

Combination of sports and education is a mechanism focusing on educational system. It is to cultivate backup talents for competitive sports through after-school sports training. Its aim is to change the unnatural channel through which the backup talents for competitive sports are trained in China so as to make sports return to the origins of education. Based on the combination of sports and education, this paper starts from the school system and social training system to analyze the yearly declination in baseball talent absorption and personnel professional level in Henan province through such research methods as literature review method, questionnaire method, interview method and case analysis method. And then on that basis, it puts forward the suggestion and tries to construct a comparatively ideal and operable system for Zhengzhou backup talents of baseball according the opinions of experts in baseball field. Through the investigation and study, the conclusion is as follows:There is a talent transmission fault in the training system of Zhengzhou backup talents of baseball. The backup talents cannot receive the professional baseball practice gradually and effectively, resulting in the low level of backup talents transmitted to the Henan baseball team. On the other side, due to the influence of further studies and solutions, most of the backup talents choose to go to university and the number of people entering Henan baseball team declines year by year.The overall level of the coaches of the backup talents is better. However, there is a question of lack in the professional training for the position. Besides, the training environment and facilities in the schools of all levels which carry out the baseball training activities are poor. To some extent, these factors play a bad influence on the training quality of backup talents.At present, there is only one social training system in Zhengzhou. But the special teachers of baseball, the construction guidance of special facilities of baseball as well as the communication and transportation of inter-school backup talents have supplemented the current training system of baseball backup talents of Zhengzhou. And those can have advantages in coach level and channels of talent transport.Directed at the problems existing in the above situation, the following countermeasures are put forward: to introduce the social training system so as to improve the coach level and the talent transport channel; to promote communication and make reasonable arrangement to strengthen the literacy class studies; to utilize the site reasonably and make full use of training facilities; to take advantage of the existing resources and increase the income of funds; to increase the number and content of on-the-job training and enhance the coach level; to stimulate the cooperation and communication between schools and cope with social training system to form the transport network.Through the interview of experts, this paper constructs a comparatively ideal training system of baseball backup talents of Zhengzhou directing at shortcoming in this system.
