The socialist core values play a crucial role in the young students belief education, in terms of school education, the party and the state made important instructions in the cultivation and practice work of socialist core values. At this stage, seeking the classroom teaching of socialist core values is very urgent, selecting the special topics instructing as the breakthrough point is based on the fact and improving the teaching effectiveness of socialist core values. The thorough research to the socialist core values special topics instructing helps to dock the socialist core values and classroom teaching content; helps the classroom teaching to play a leading role in cultivating socialist core values; helps young students to cultivate themselves and practice the socialist core values.This paper mainly consists of the following sections:The first part, illuminates the background and significance of topics, and briefly reviews the research status quo about the three problems which is closely related to the topic by screening in a large number of literature, and then describes the research ideas, research methods and the difficult point and innovation of the article.The second part, the related issues of special topics instructing is studied. One is through the comparative analysis of different scholars defining the connotation of subject teaching, and determining the general connotation of special topics instructing, we laid the teaching bases of the socialist core values projects’ concept. Then analysis the possibility of the introduction of values by the assurance of values teaching present situation, the characteristic of special topics instructing, and following the formation and development of the internal mechanism and fundamental values. These theories research reference the cognitive psychology theory, situated learning theory, constructivism learning theory of scaffolding instruction theory and post-modern perspective on curriculum theory. At last, through the study of special topics instructing scope, we combined the contents of socialist core values, primary and secondary school moral education curriculum system with project teaching, implemented the effective link of classroom teaching.The third part, study the four dimensions of the socialist core values by structure analysis and logical reasoning, that is teaching purpose, advantages, principles and methods. This essay focuses on discuessing the five principles and five big advantage of socialist core project teaching. We chose the situational model teaching, film and television works and problem driven teaching method to realise the socialist core values of special topics instructing advantages into full play, and to realize the effect of socialist core values.The fourth part, based on the cognition of principles and methods, the author further studied the implementation of the teaching of socialist core values. Then analysis the socialist core values of special topics instructing elements from the teaching goal, knowledge structure, combination of knowledge point. We research the project establishment from the principle of project design, and put forward several problems which should be paid attention to in the implementation of the socialist core values.The fifth part, pointed out the deficiency of this article at the end of the article, discussed two key problems which is needed to focuse on: one is the empirical investigation of special topics instructing of the socialist core values, the second is the system research of the socialist core values special topics instructing inclouding the big primary and secondary schools.
