| With the rapid development of modern information technology and the arrival of the mobile Internet era,the process of education in informationization gradually developed toward the miniaturization.The development of “micro-lecture” is particularly significant and with its "short time,content concise,the theme clear" and other advantages,the micro-lecture gradually becomes the important learning resources and accepted by the majority of learners.In order to meet the requirements of the education informationization,in 2014,Shanghai Normal University introduced “Blackboard Learning System”,hoping to use this platform to carry out new educational reform practice in the whole school.In Shanghai Normal University,"Instructional skills of Science class" is an elective course for students majoring in science education.This course covers the theoretical knowledge and the practical training.At present,the course is basically carried out in the form of microteaching and educational practice.But because of the private affairs,such as the postgraduate entrance examination and job hunting,students can not be fully involved in training;or due to the limitations of the course time and place,the student’s training time is short,and lack of real classroom scenarios,under which,the knowledge and skills that the learners can acquire are comparatively at a low level.The emergence of micro-lecture provides a good idea for curriculum reform.In order to solve the above problems,the author has carried out the blended learning of "Instructional skills of Science class" based on the micro-lecture theory.In this process,the author integrates the classroom teaching and the “Blackboard Learning System” to get better results.After studying the relevant theories of the instructional design of the micro-lecture,based on the characteristics of the course of " Instructional skills of Science class " and the theories of multimedia design and mixed learning,the author makes a compilation of the micro video about " Instructional skills of Science class ".And then according to the instructional design,the author uploads the micro video to the Blackboard Learning System.Meanwhile,the instructional method of micro-lecture is introduced with the relevant examples.In order to prove its effectiveness,the author has carried on the practice to the 2014 science education normal students in Shanghai Normal University using the practical teaching and the Blackboard Learning System.This study is divided into five chapters,the main contents are as follows:First,the background of this study and the research status of micro-lecture at home and abroad are reviewed.Then the research contents and problems of this paper are expounded,and the research methods are introduced.Second,we first explain the related concepts of micro-lecture and instructional design,and then introduce the theoretical basis of this study,including the principle of micro-lecture instructional design and the type of micro-lecture.Thirdly,we make an overall analysis of the current situation of the micro-lecture through the questionnaire,and find out the existing problems.Then we introduce the course of "Instructional skills of Science class ",and take the "import skills" as an example which is described in detail.Fourthly,the teaching practice of micro-lecture teaching in blended learning mode is expounded,and the effect of teaching practice is analyzed and summarized.Fifthly,the analysis of the achievements and innovations of this study is mainly carried out,and the future research work is prospected.This study is an attempt and exploration of the course of "Instructional skills of Science class" using the instructional design of micro-lecture and blended learning theory,and provides some reference for other researchers to carry out relevant research. |
