With the change of teaching mode,teaching resources in the form of diversification,so that,knowledge of learners receiving channels are subsequently undergoing tremendous changes.Application of Micro-lecture,Micro curriculum and other resources are constantly rising,in the field of teaching,classroom they play a huge impact.How to innovate the classroom to meet the growing needs of learners is one of the important issues currently teaching resources development.For education in Western China in terms of promoting the construction of "micro" resources is attracting wide attention from teachers and learners.Gansu Province "BNL" Micro-lecture Competition held to promote the western region development of information educational,enhance the professional skills of teachers to grow and increased the learner independent learning ability,has practical significance for the Micro-lecture better in the future in education teaching.Through this contest to a rich collection of works of Micro-lecture resources,their design concepts and ideas highlighted micro teaching design,in its application process,the development technology of Micro-lecture,production pathway also made some analysis and research.Issues related to the implementation of Micro-lecture design innovation and application,are China's scientific research institutions,schools,educators,learners are generally concerned about,discuss and problems to be solved.In this study,the author participated in Gansu Province "BNL" Micro-lecture competition from pre-assessment to the final assessment of the entire review process,watched all the participating Micro-lecture works,and thus to contest junior 505 Micro-lecture works of In-depth analysis.Thesis mainly adopts literature analysis,case analysis,content analysis and other research methods,focusing on Micro-lecture of junior works of instructional design(theme,auxiliary resources,learner characteristics,teaching objectives,teaching strategies,etc.),production of Micro-lecture technical and its dissemination platform for Micro-lecture resources teaching cases were analyzed mining.In order to understand the design concept and process Gansu Micro lecture,digging their problems in the design process,draws Micro-lecture design,production,application and other aspects of the experience and lessons learned,and finally from the micro-lesson topics,presentation,teaching proposed design,design development,evaluation system,network communication and application mode six aspects put forward proposed optimization design and application policy of Micro-lecture.The main contents of this paper are as follows: The first part: Describes the background,purpose and significance of the relevant literature some sort,construction research ideas and methods;The second part: A theoretical basis to support this research and lists the more popular concepts and defines;Part III: By introduces the Gansu Province "BNL" Micro-lecture competition,and then to 505 contest entries junior group presentation,instructional design(theme,auxiliary resources,curriculum content,learner behavior,teaching objectives,teaching strategies),production technology,and other aspects of in-depth analysis;Part IV: According to the analysis the third part of the design of Micro-teaching design,to sum up the problems of Micro-lecture design process and the main issues targeted analysis;Part V: From six ways proposed Micro-lecture instructional design and optimization policies about Micro-lecture topics,presented,instructional design,development,evaluation system,dissemination and promotion strategies;and finally,summarizes the research results of this study.In this study,by means of Gansu Province "BNL" Micro-lecture contest internet site,from instructional design Micro-lecture as a starting point for research,and it has been made a comprehensive and detailed analyzes,found that the Micro-lecture design problems and then propose design optimization about Micro-lecture design and Application Strategy.Hope to teachers in the Western region provide guidance to design,development and application of Micro-lecture resources aspect,enhance the teachers in the teaching resources development expertise to promote the effective application of the Micro-lecture education in the western area of teaching.
