Biological science is an experimental and applied science. Analysis the proposition tendency of 2015 college entrance examination through the analysis of the volume I Guangxi integrated science entrance examination paper basing on the edition of the national college entrance exam outline 2010-2014 and the national college entrance examination paper of new curriculum standard 2012-2014, sums up the major knowledge content and important knowledge content in the college entrance examination of biology. On the basis above, put forward the suggestions about how to prepare the tests before the college entrance examination in future and how to do a good job in changing the way of high school biology teaching in future which play an important role in the high school biology teaching, especially the senior grade 3. It is helpful for students to deepen understanding and consolidate what they have learned about the basic knowledge, develop the students’understanding, analyzing and summarizing ability, doing experiment and inquiring ability, accessing and analyzing information ability, and the ability to deal with complex problems. It will help students form the scientific world view and the dialectical materialist view of nature, arouse the students’interest in learning biology, get into the spirit of solidarity and cooperation, and get into rigorous scientific approach. In the autumn of 2012, the new college entrance examination plan began to be implemented in Guangxi, whose form is 3+combination.The reformation leads to a question that whether it will impact the way of biological teaching and what the effect is.To summarize the characteristics of the Guangxi tests for the past few years and national test papers under the new curriculum standard, this thesis mainly applies documentary data method and analytic statistical methods to research. Its emphasis is the result of changing teaching approach. It is a strong positive guiding role on the high school biology teaching. It has changed the traditional teaching methods, such as "teacher-teaching, students-learning" method and "’exam-oriented and exercise-stuffed teaching" method, etc. It goes with the high school biology new curriculum standard. Advocate the teaching strategy which is guides inquiry teaching, as the problem-based teaching method and the inquiry teaching method. Emphasize on students’dominant role and teacher’s leading role which will develop the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, the test questions in the college entrance examination have the effect on guiding and leading because it carries knowledge and set up to Ⅱ develop abilities as the guiding ideology. It is used to test out the students’ understanding, analyzing and summarizing ability, doing experiment and inquiring ability, accessing and analyzing information ability, and the ability to deal with complex problems. As a consequence, researching the test question in the college entrance examination would make us clear the direction and the important points of the college entrance examination. It is a real step for us to change our teaching method.There are some shortcomings in this study and it needs more deeper researches and to be consummated.
