| In the long tradition of high school teaching, the class system is generally taking high school teaching methods, teaching in biology high school in particular, due to the small number of teachers, teaching task is heavy, often a high school biology teacher bear the task of five, six, or even more teaching the class. In order to improve teaching efficiency, teachers are taught different classes and different students in the same class, in preparation, teaching, jobs, counseling or evaluation, and are based on uniform standards for teaching, few scruples individual differences of students. Making the learning ability of students can not meet the learning needs, and learning ability weaker students can not keep up with the rhythm of teaching. As we all know, high school students before school or in high school learning process, their level of knowledge, learning ability is there are individual differences. If you continue to use the "one size fits all" teaching method, bound to the majority of students can not meet the needs of ordinary high school is not conducive to mental and physical health of each student self-learning and development, but also not well students awareness of innovation and improve their practical skills. Currently, the full implementation of the new high school curriculum reform, one of the core concept of the new curriculum reform is "emphasizes student-centered, concerned about the overall development of students’ personality development of students fully respected, stressed the need to face all of the students. Therefore, in high school biology teaching process, the majority of teachers teaching strategies must be carefully grasp the new curriculum, teaching ideas and the formation of the new curriculum to adapt. I believe that, in the context of the new curriculum reform to meet the needs of students at different levels of lifelong learning and overall development, the implementation level teaching is a more effective teaching measures in high school biology teaching.This paper analyzes the necessity of the new curriculum teaching high school biology teaching stratified, hierarchical teaching practical significance of the study; and briefly discusses the research status of tiered teaching; then briefly discusses several theories about the hierarchical teaching; combined with my teaching experience, focuses on high school biology classroom, how to organize and implement biological hierarchical teaching high school, layered teaching specific implementation strategies, and teaching effectiveness to achieve the best analysis of biological hierarchical teaching high school which should be noted problems. |
