The question of "striving to make every child enjoy fair and high-quality education" was put in front of all education workers.So what kind of education is fair? What kind of education is good for people with different personality traits? All these problems require education workers to think deeply.Education’s two most important purposes are to promote the maintenance of learning and the transfer of learning,and the maintenance of learning refers to the ability to recall the textbook in a general way presented in teaching at a certain time after learning;Transfer of learning refers to the ability to solve new problems,answer new questions or learn new contents by using the learned knowledge.According to the above two purposes,education mainly contains two elements of teaching content,namely knowledge and teaching objective,namely ability.Therefore,fair education is inseparable from the discussion between knowledge and ability.Based on the above problems and background,this study constructs the hierarchical division of knowledge and ability from a theoretical perspective,and By analyzing the learning characteristics of different groups and the factors affecting their academic level,this paper explores the level of knowledge and ability of different groups and the corresponding teaching methods.This research is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research origin,core concept definition,research significance,literature review and research design.In the second part,the difference analysis of academic level in junior high school students is the prerequisite for the continuation of this study.Through the confirmation of the difference in academic level,the influencing factors are analyzed to provide practical problem solving requirements for subsequent stratified research.The third part is the case study of the stratified teaching in junior high school from the perspective of practice,and finally to conclude the successful experience and outstanding problems.The fourth part is the theoretical breakthrough of this research,that is,rationally stratify the knowledge and ability from a theoretical perspective,and match teaching methods according to the learning characteristics of different groups.The fifth part is to return to practice again after rational thinking,thinking about the way to improve the practice of stratified teaching.The whole logical thinking is a process from practice to theoretical breakthrough and then to practice improvement.The main points of this study are as follows:Fair education has administrative levels.One is about the education of all school-age children;Second,the educational resources enjoyed by all the children in school;Third,the full development of all children in school.This research focuses on solving the problem of the third level,that is,according to the different development characteristics of each individual,Teachers carry out quality education with different levels and needs,so that each individual can be fully developed.Second,Knowledge and ability are two important factors that cannot be ignored in hierarchical teaching.Knowledge and ability are hierarchical vertically.Knowledge level has experience level,concept level,method level and value level.Ability level has low order level,middle order level and high order level.Therefore,in the teaching process,the appropriate level of knowledge and ability should be taught according to the learning and development characteristics of different groups at different levels.Third,teaching content,teaching objectives and teaching methods are important factors affecting the whole academic level.To implement high-quality and efficient hierarchical teaching,a systematic teaching mode matching these three dimensions should be established.In theory,this research is innovative in the hierarchical division of knowledge and ability.Theoretically,the hierarchical division of knowledge and ability provides the stratified model teaching form.At the same time,it can be used for reference and inspiration for front line teachers to teach students according to their aptitude.
