Under the background of new curriculum reform, inquiry teaching is widely known in China. Yet, it seems current situation of education makes inquiry teaching work not so so well. Promoting inquiry teaching meets lots of obstacles.that means the traditional mode of teaching possess many weaknesses.Inquiry teaching is not always full of interest, we usually perform an experiment in inquiry teaching,but no one can assure the instruction is authentic and real-life. The experiments is based on the pure medicine of laboratory in which we integrate theory without practice but experiments.The best situation is based on practice. Li Jilin who has created the famous Chinese Situational education put forward 5 principles of creating situations:entity, perceptivity, creativity, edutainment and practicality, well Inquiry teaching has also 7 principles:skopos rule.Part exploring combined with all inquiry,subjectivity,active development,Teaching methods complement each other,Practicality combined with innovation.education combined with science. mainly from three aspects,the author exploit the inquiry-based teaching resources development of a variety of ways, such as, TAOBAO website and some science—educational television programs.Many teachers on the front favour traditional teaching immediate benefits in exams but desolate inquiry teaching, the promotion of exploratory teaching got standstill.That is not objective to owe this to the teachers on the front. Surprise:some teachers do their best to promote inquiry teaching while their students do not cooperate because they think it is a waste of time and inquiry teaching does not match their exams, their score will be low in the end. On the other hand, inquiry teaching possess weaknesses in itself, especially the vague and general situation.which make students dislike the teaching mode.In this article,I developed many case and resources of inquiry teaching based on STSE situation.And I take these resources cases into practice.Through the experience,I got sure that STSE situation is the best problem source of inquiry teaching. My research methods include literature research method, questionnaire method method.case study method.experimental research method,interviewing method, educational visit. in addition.we have developed a Community of Practice of teachers and students’ scientific research.In this study, the authors point out that by contrasting the experiments, the inquiry teaching teaching method is used in the experimental class and regular teaching method in the reference class, the experimental class’s pretest examination score is lower than the reference class’s.but the two class’s score of posttest examination have no significant difference. The pretest and posttest of examination and questionnaire shows students’s changes of knowledge,exploration ability,interests and motivation in pretest-posttest experiment and fully prove the main points of the article is true.
