The teaching ability is the important part of the role of teachers, also can reflect teachers’ teaching idea, but also related to the students’ promotion in the classroom. With the more attention to the teacher’s professional development that our country and many educators pay, we are improving our requirements to teachers’ teaching abilities. How to be a good teacher and what kind of features should a good teacher have become the proposition we need to chase asked. Current researches on teacher’s classroom instruction behavior have been quite rich, but most of these studies are on the analysis to teachers’ specific behaviors through micro perspective, however, the overall study on Teachers’ teaching behavior in classroom is still not too much. Therefore, based on document research method, survey research method and case research method, I compiled the analysis tool of elementary school Chinese teacher’s classroom instruction behavior, and by this tools, I analyzed three lessons of “Niulang and Zhinv” Heterogeneous Classes of excellent teachers for examples, thus summed up the features of classroom teaching behavior of primary school Chinese outstanding teachers.This study consists of five parts:The first part: introduction. This section describes the background and issues, purpose and significance of the study, and a clear idea of the present study points out the research, research methods and research object.The second part: This part in accordance with "excellent teacher" is defined in the standard research, about classroom teaching behavior research, about the classroom teaching behavior analysis tool for the study of the three part of the existing research done view introduction and review. At the end of this part of the study of "excellent teacher" and "classroom teaching behavior" of these two core concepts define.The third part: the compilation of primary school Chinese classroom teaching behavior analysis tool. This part mainly introduces the process of compiling tools, is divided into three steps: first, based on the literature research and the preliminary draft analysis tools; second, based on a questionnaire survey and further modification analysis tools; third, analysis of the first round of lesson and improve analysis tools based on. This part mainly introduces the basic steps of compiling tool in this study and the inner logic.The fourth part: analysis of three section "the Cowherd and the girl weaver" the heterogeneous classes of teachers’ classroom teaching behavior. In a clear introduction of process selection and analysis of the research object, on the basis of primary school Chinese classroom teaching behavior have been developed analysis tools for the analysis of section three lessons of "Niulang and Zhinv" heterogeneous classes, showing a teachers’ teaching behavior in classroom teaching of the section three of the quantitative statistics and qualitative description.The fifth part: the elementary school language classroom teaching behavior characteristics of outstanding teachers. According to the analysis of a portion of the section three of the primary school Chinese outstanding teachers lesson, sums up the features of classroom teaching behavior of primary school Chinese excellent teachers.
