Education is a bilateral activity between teachers 'teaching and students' learning.Teachers,as executors of evangelism and teaching,need language as a medium in various educational activities to guide and influence the educated.Teaching language is an important carrier for teacher-student communication.Studying the characteristics of excellent Chinese teachers 'teaching language has guiding significance for teachers' professional development and the growth of novice teachers.This study designed the primary school Chinese teacher classroom instruction language observation scale according to the basic requirements of the primary school Chinese teacher classroom instruction language,to quantify the language characteristics of excellent Chinese teachers;The questionnaire is designed to evaluate the effects of different language features from the students' feelings;in order to form an objective presentation and value evaluation of excellent languages.Through in-depth classroom,I found that the characteristics of excellent Chinese teachers are: first,in terms of language expression skills of teachers 'classroom teaching,phonetic standards,proper use of vocabulary,proper matching of sentences,no mantra,and moderate speed;second,classroom teaching language of excellent Chinese teachers in elementary schools The content of the information loaded is scientifically correct,the logical correlation between the knowledge is obvious,the vocabulary is easy to understand and the new words and new words are used moderately,the explanations and questions are clear and concise,concise and refined,and the students are easy to understand;the third is the expression of classroom teaching language of excellent Chinese teachers in elementary schools It is artistic and interesting,which attracts students' interest.At the same time,the survey of students' subjective feelings showed that: The first student thought that his Chinese teacher carefully designed the teaching language,the frequency of questions in the classroom was moderate,the language was concise,the design of the opening language was wonderful,and the conclusion of the closing sentence was appropriate,and the tone of the teaching language in the classroom was frustrating,Can often feel the teacher's emotional changes from the teacher's language,Chinese teachers' teaching language style is unique,different from the language of teachers in other disciplines.Thesecond student's listening state and learning state are related to the teacher's language.A good teacher's teaching language is conducive to students' active learning and improves the effect of listening to the class.The third student thinks that the characteristics of teacher language should be basically consistent with the characteristics of teacher language in actual teaching.According to the research results of the characteristics of the teaching language of excellent Chinese teachers in elementary schools,the following enlightenment is obtained: optimizing the classroom teaching language of Chinese teachers can improve the classroom teaching effect;Teaching language training.
