Classroom assessment affects the progress of classroom teaching.However,Classroom assessment is hard to be accurately designed and handled.It becomes hard for Chinese teachers in primary school to optimize the classroom assessment.In this respect,famous Chinese teacher in primary school evaluation may have something to learn.This article will study the classroom assessment of famous chinese teachers'behavior in primary school,to reveal the main characteristics of the famous Chinese teachers' classroom evaluation behavior in primary school and make strategic suggestions to optimize the classroom assessment.The main method is Video analysis method in this study.We collected 30 videos from 10 famous Chinese class teachers,such as Dou Guimei and Wang Songzhou,who still are on the primary school.Based on the related research,we made the classroom assessment behavior list.The list was consisted of verbal assessment behavior and nonverbal assessment behavior.The verbal assessment behavior list includes six parts evaluation properties,assessment method,evaluation situation,evaluation content,evaluation objects and evaluation time.The nonverbal assessment behavior list includes nonverbal behavior itself and the teacher-student communication.There are 2019 classroom assessment behavior parents.We use SPSS 17.0 to analysis the data,including descriptive statistics and correlation analysis.There are four parts in this paper.First,we introduce the problem posing,research significance,overseas and domestic research status and concepts definition.The second part is the study design,including study purposes,study methods,study objects and study tools.Thirdly,we explain the statistical result.On the one hand,we show and analysis the overview conditions about famous Chinese teachers' assessment in primary school by percentage.On the other hand,we analysis the internal correlativity of verbal classroom assessment behavior and nonverbal classroom assessment behavior,and the correlativity between them.In the last part we analysis further in total and summary five advantages and two disadvantages in famous chinese teachers' assessment in primary school.The advantages are:(1)The assessment is full of colorful emotion.(2)The assessment attitude is objective.(3)The assessment skill is smart.(4)The assessment direction is positive.(5)The assessment respects and understands students.The disadvantage are:(1)The overlook of group assessment.(2)Students do not participate in assessment.These advantages and disadvantages may provide a reference on optimizing the chinese class assessment.
