Along with the progress of the science and technology, the education of our country also has achieved unprecedented development. Especially, the application of virtual simulation technology is more and more widely, and is widely used in teaching. In the past traditional teaching method has been unable to meet the contemporary students’ desire for knowledge, the traditional experiment teaching mode become the urgent needs of the current educational reform. Based on the Virtual Simulation Laboratory of information technology, for students to create the better experimental conditions for learning, to maximize the training student’s ability of practice, to solve the problems in the traditional experiment teaching. The development and application of the virtual simulation laboratory gradually improve the traditional experimental teaching method, and accelerate the pace of the experiment teaching to the scientific and technological progress.Firstly, the knowledge of middle school physics experiments on electricity is expounded, detailed analysis of the electrical apparatus, circuit connection rules and electronic virtual experiment operation, and takes it as the physical basis of this paper. At the same time, in this paper, the knowledge of the classical representation method to carry on the analysis, and combined with the research on the characteristics of and used to generate knowledge said methods to describe the circuit connection rule and method to describe the experimental procedure using Petri net knowledge representation of selection. Next, this paper mainly studies the two questions of the conversion and electrical experiment between the physical circuit and the circuit diagram.. On the basis of this research, in this paper, the design and realize the middle school physics electronic virtual laboratory, mainly to provide physical circuit and the circuit diagram of the conversion function, independent experiment to customize the function, experimental operation and demonstration function and the operation of the prompt function. Finally, in parallel circuit knowledge and sliding rheostat using two experiments showed the use of middle school physics electronic virtual laboratory as an example, for electrical experiments in physics teaching of middle school provide a more intelligent virtual laboratory.
