And through the observation to the survey, in the formaa of the object of study and classroom observation, side evaluate teachers make a correlation analysis, use interviews to describe high school teachers encountered bottleneck at this time and they saw the problem such as excellent teacher evaluation standard, combined with the quality and quantity of research methods, found that the personal characteristics, influence factors, with the amount of research with a large number of data analysis in this paper, the maturity of outstanding middle school mathematics teachers in stable mature mathematics knowledge education teaching level, teaching reflection and realize the smooth migration of the practical knowledge, reasonable attribution of the problems of the teaching characteristics, and found that the mature in the breakthrough the bottleneck problems in the process of the pursuit of excellence, students, family and school and teacher the impact of the existence of itself in its development, combined with the research above will mature excellent middle school mathematics teacher’s target is:to find its breakthrough point, to overcome the job burnout, improve yourself, to the expert teachers.
