Since twentieth Century,education career relating to science and technology is getting more and more important of the world,developed countries education reform also expand from a longitudinal study of native to the comparative study of global education.In order to adapt to the knowledge economy,the countries all attach great importance to science education,TIMSS,NEAP and a series of large-scale assessment project came into being.With China’s new curriculum reform,educational evaluation has gradually become the focus of attention from educators,combined with education evaluation projects abroad, also contribute to the reform of science education evaluation.TIMSS,is the study of the development trend of International Mathematics and science achievement,it is the whole world,the most influential, authoritative international education assessment project,its main purpose is to assess the various countries and regions to provide reference and suggestions for education related courses.As the assessment projects nearly 20 years of development history,covered by the evaluation content is very perfect.This article uses the literature research method, the evaluation framework in recent times and the related literature were analyzed,based on China’s current primary school science questions for study,combining the education target classification theory, constructivism education theory,multiple intelligences education theory to Identify my research questions.According to TIMSS evaluation concept,evaluation framework,score,background investigation framework and other aspects of the introduction,analysis on the part of the scientific questions TIMSS open,obtains the examination system life inspiration and test design proposal.On this basis,combined with China’s current primary school science curriculum,draw and analyze the relevant questions,basically have: life questions 、open-ended questions、STS questions and exploratory questions.Through this research,the author hope that the majority of researchers can deepen our understanding of the primary school science questions drawing for attention,and in order to improve the quality of our current scientific questions.
