The 21 st century is an era of rapid development of science and technology.The rapid development of science and technology has also put forward new requirements for citizens' scientific literacy.TIMSS is an international large-scale academic achievement evaluation project and is very authoritative in evaluating scientific literacy.As a basic course,elementary science education plays an important role in the cultivation of students' scientific literacy.The paper-and-pencil test is the main method for the evaluation of the science curriculum in primary schools,and the test preparation is an important part of the paper-and-pencil test.The scientific test questions provide a reliable guarantee for the paper-and-pencil test.The paper reviews the data of the TIMSS scientific assessment framework through the literature research method.At the same time,it uses the content analysis method to sort out the content of the fourth grade science textbook of the textbook,and proposes a framework for the fourth grade scientific assessment.Use this framework to test and test the third part of the fourth grade(Science Edition)in the book "Sound".Through the analysis of the data,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The scientific content dimension of the TIMSS scientific assessment framework covers the learning content of the science curriculum standards in China.The detailed requirements of the cognitive dimension are more complete than the target level of the science curriculum in China,and the requirements of the scientific inquiry dimension are divided into the elements of the science curriculum standard in China.More detailed.Therefore,relying on the TIMSS assessment framework,combined with the actual construction of the fourth-grade scientific assessment framework in China,it is scientific and effective.(2)From the measurement target,the test requirements of the science curriculum standard for the sound unit are basically consistent with the results of the test level of the "sound" test volume.The level of knowledge is consistent with the requirements of the course;the level of understanding is higher than the requirements of the course;the level of knowledge is lower than the requirements of the course;the level of application is lower than the standard.(3)Judging from the compilation of test questions,the preparation of the "sound" test questions is closely combined with the scientific curriculum standards,and the science curriculum standard is used as the basis for the test questions,which improves the scientific nature of the test questions.(4)From the perspective of the test paper effect,the actual effect of the "sound" test volume test is better.The "Sound" unit test volume is more difficult,the degree of discrimination is acceptable,and the reliability is high.
