Research On The Comparison Between CUBA Security System And NCAA Security System

NBA is the most successful professional baketball league which almost includes the world’s best players.Most of the native American players come from NCAA which proves NCAA is competent and successlul in training professional players on the basis of the well-established security system.While there is a similar baketball league of high school in China.namely CUBA.Since established in 1996,CUBA makes a great contribution to develop school sports enrich, college students’ life disseminate the culture of basketball and provide qualified players for the professional league.From the prospect of fostering professional players,CUBA still provides some excellent players for CBA under the circumstance of Chinese players’ special pattern and inadequate economic base.As a whole,CUBA is far more enough in the recruitment,studying and training for players,the construction of team and the security system for the running of leagues.Although the security system is still impeccable,great effects are still made by CUBA for the development of school sports.If CUBA incolves a well-established security system like that of NCAA’s. The literature material law,interviewing method,mathematical statistic method and comparative analysis are used in this article to analyze the differences between CUBA and NCAA on the recruitment for players,the training for teams and the league managements concerning the proper running of leagues in the prospective of security system,which provides some reference for the development of CUBA. The conclusion and creative points of this article are as following.1.CUBA is successful which is worthy of more attention and affirmation.It has positive effects in disseminating the culture of baketball,enriching the campus cultureand developing the school sports although it is less efficient in fostering professional players.It can be tried to organize players at all ages to have a systemed training and matching in the school thus achieving the idea of merging sports talents fostering and school sports together.2.The recruitment of CUBA for colleague students has no unitive standard.Although there are relative supervision departments,thereruitment standards are various among universities.While a well-established league stystem must have strict regulations and supervision department are needed to ensure that the relative regulations can be carried out smoothly and the atmosphere of the system is of highly fairness.3.The students in CUBA have no resonable security for their school managements and the learnig of scientific culture.NCAA emphasize that the role of college students in NCAA should be a student and the requirements in study are the same as other students----only when they are qualified academically can they have the chance to take part in the match.While the palyers in CUBA will be specially treated for they participate in leagues and they will be less required in school course study which is bad for the self-developments of the college players.4.The training and matching of CUBA players in college can not be effeciently done for limited time and match opportunities and big discrepencies among different teams. What’s more,the revelent training condition and the specility are dad.There is almost no personal training. The players are of low subjective initiative and the level of trainers differs greatly which can not ensure the best developments for the talented players.5.The construction of the school team players is obviously not enough and the logistical system is of large differience which embodies in the training equipments,theathletes’ diet,the medical treatments and the working capital of the baketball team.6.CUBA is not mature compared with NCAA in institution-building and operation-managing which performs in the ambiguous duty of the managements and the lacking of revelent restriction mechanism.Besides,a big gap exists between the popularization of the league and the fiscal guarantee.
