Research Of Regulation On Running Of China’s Private Training Education

Private training education in China aims to fill the lack of public education parts, it starts with foreign language training. With the rapid development of “educational society”, people have more opportunities to participate in the selection examinations to realize their own value. A spacious room is shown for the private training education industry to develop forward. However, some problems were hidden behind the prosperity view. Our social modernization still remains in the primary stage. The problem of government not doing his job, the system not perfectly-setting, and the audience not participating in actively need to be solved immediately.The topic is written from the theory of incentive regulation. In the perspective of education and economic management and regulation economics discipline, focusing on the current private training education industry running view.In addition to the introduction, the first chapter introduces the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis. Focusing on several important concepts used in the study to make the topic clear, such as private training education, running regulations. The second chapter tells the present situation and problems of private training education running regulation. Firstly a brief review of the whole situation, then follows the analysis of the current private training education industry running regulation and problems. The third chapter discusses the causes of private training education regulation issues. Using game theory model under incentive regulation to analyze the reasons for the existence of the current problems. Regulation is a double-edged sword, appropriate supervision under certain conditions supposes to be better. The fourth chapter describes the experience from foreign private training education running regulation. Regarding on Germany, the United States and Japan’s useful experiences, reflecting on our own enlightenment. The fifth chapter summarizes the perfect proposal of private training education regulation in China. Based on the current analysis, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis from the three chapters before, creatively put forward the specific recommendations for running private training education for China.
