Campus culture is the heart and soul of a school. It plays the leading role of the school development. The different functions of campus culture, including its strong educational enlightenment and emotion training functions, with social radiation and assimilation functions made it an important component of school education. Campus culture in a school should reflect its school-running characteristics. Taking a look at the current rural school education in our country, we may find that under the constraints of current assessment and selection system and the requirement of educational quality measuring standards, the current rural school education has been the foil product of urban education. The campus culture construction is more urban-culture based, which is similar to each other and thus lose the nature of rural education. Ecological immigrant district exists as a kind of special form of rural construction which is the campus culture, not only to face the common characteristics of the rural school campus cultural construction, but also because of its special reasons of changes and progress in the construction of campus culture that shows some uniqueness.The construction of campus culture dares to open the attitude to absorb domestic and foreign excellent idea of campus culture. Cyxomjnhcknn’s campus culture idea is a valuable treasure in the education circle, which contains the advanced campus culture construction idea, rich content of campus culture, and these successful practical experiences in Pavlysh high school are of great significance and reference value to the campus culture construction in immigrant schools. Based on Cyxomjnhcknn’s campus culture construction idea, taking the two schools in Yueyahu village, Xingqing district, Yinchan city as examples, this paper aims to discuss the current problems and deficiencies in campus culture construction in immigrant schools and tries to come up with some countermeasures.This article is divided into five parts. The part of introduction is a summary of the research background, status, purpose, significance, content, process and method, and the campus culture of core concepts are defined. In the first chapter, interpretation of the concept of the origin and construction about the Cyxomjnhcknn’s campus culture,and discussions main content from four aspects of matter culture, spirit culture, activity culture and system culture. The second chapter is based on the investigation of two schools in Yueyahu village, which aims the existing problems in the construction of campus culture are attributed to analysis. The third chapter discusses the advantages of rural construction of excellent campus culture in schools which the construction of campus culture in immigrant schools forwards countermeasures. The last part is the conclusion of the study where problems are analyzed in this paper based on the summary, and calls on people to attach importance to campus culture construction of immigrant schools and rural schools.
