The Problems Of The Campus Cultural Construction In Ordinary Senior High Schools And The Research Into The Possible Solutions

Campus culture is the material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture that all the faculty, students and staff of the senior high school jointly create and possess in educational management and teaching practice. The campus culture in ordinary senior high schools has educational functions on general high school students, which are manifested in the following aspects: behavior guidance functions, cultivating incentive functions, normal constraint functions and condensed release functions. Through direct or indirect impact and educational activities, the school will promote the quality of students ' thinking, ethical values and behavior changes, and make them develop in the same direction as expected. As for the current situation of the campus culture in Zhangjiakou City senior high schools , there exist a series of problems such as the polarization of campus culture construction and lack of features in county high schools. Besides, institutional cultural construction has been neglected and spiritual cultural construction has weakened. From the view of this, this paper attempts to analyze the existing problems in the campus cultural construction of Zhangjiakou ordinary senior high schools.What's more, it tries to theoretically interpret the fundamental connotations of campus culture and ordinary senior high school campus culture. Based on the analysis of the function of average senior high school campus culture and by investigating some high schools, the paper analyses the current situation of average high school campus culture from three aspects of material, system and spirit. Moreover, from three aspects of material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture, I propose some possible solutions to these problems. In my opinion, the campus cultural construction in Zhangjiakou ordinary senior high schools will be strengthened and perfected by establishing correct school-running conception, creating harmonious campus material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture.
