| Based on"Quality Education"and"Balanced Education", how to deal with the"poor students"who discourage teachers so much In a variety of schools has been of great importance. This thesis focuses on what is"poor students"in traditional ideas and in educators'views. By a questionnaire on the second and third grades students and the interviews with some head teachers and students in my own school, I had known about the present situation of physics teaching and learning there. According to Cyxomjnhcknn's theory, I analyzed the reasons forming"poor students"from many aspects and classified them as"Incorrect attitudes","Bad habits"and"Sensitive". Then I chose three typical students for analysis. On the basis of Cyxomjnhcknn's strategy I took measures to transform the three typical"poor students"such as Individualized Teaching, Reading Guide and Appreciation Education, and the effect had ever been brought. In my opinion, the key reasons why students in my school have difficulty in learning physics are incorrect attitudes and bad habits on study. Though the result isn't perfect enough, it offers the referred practical experience to the transformation of"poor students".The thesis consists of seven chapters in all. The first one talks about the origin,goal and meanings of the research; The following two are about how to define, diagnose and transform the"poor students"in other countries. Besides, I come up with the definition of"poor students"in physics teaching. The next chapter summaries the five reasons forming"poor students", followed by the chapter that analyses the present physics learning situation via some questionnaires. The sixth one is the practical study related to my school's examples and in the last chapter, I draws a conclusion and makes a prediction, pointing out what should be paid attention to in the future teaching procedures. |
