The basic discipline of education institution is to cultivate qualified university students; the ideological and political education is the primary task of university, to renew the idea, method and means of that, the ideological and political education is the significant research subject at university in China. In January 2015, the general office of the central committee of the communist party of China, issued by the general office of the state council on further strengthening and improving propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities under the new situation of the opinions. It emphasized that the ideological work is quite important around the communist party and within domestic. As a frontier ideological work in universities, is shouldering the Marxist study propaganda, cultivate and carry the socialist core values, in order to achieve the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation to provide talent guarantee and intellectual support of important governmental works.Based on college students as the main research object, this paper discussed on the basis of the theory of ideological and political education of how to develop the recognition of education. Appreciation education embodies the people-oriented ideas of modern education, it is to make university students having the correct political orientation, higher ideological awareness, good moral quality and psychological quality is an important way of education, offers a new mode for the traditional ideological and political education.This paper mainly using the literature research, analysis, synthesis, ect to how to carry out recognition education in college students’ ideological and political education, this thesis probes into the main includes the following five parts: The first part, the introduction part. Mainly introduces selected topic background and research meaning and purpose, introduces the research status of appreciation education and the analysis, also introduced the selected topic research mentality and the emphases and difficulties of research methods and research and innovation. The second part, mainly expounds the connotation of appreciation education and theoretical basis, and in the deep understanding the connotation of appreciation education and theoretical basis for analysis of the ideological and political education and the relationship between the appreciation education. The third part, discusses the recognition to the ideological and political education of college students the role of education and the analysis of necessity. This paper argues that the recognition education is helpful to excavatestudents’ potential, to make college students set up confidence in the recognition and positive personality formation, is helpful for college students’ self development and self education, and to develop harmonious relationship between teachers and students. The fourth part, mainly discusses the recognition to the ideological and political education of college students education practice, this is the key and difficult point for this study. Mainly from the practice of appreciation education in the ideological and political education two aspects of theory and practice method, practice method mainly includes professional learning, student work, psychological guidance, cultivation of moral accomplishment and behavior. The fifth part, proposed the appreciation education problems that should be paid attention to in practice. In practice, appreciation education, there are many should pay attention to the problem, if there exist deviations in understanding or improper handling, easy to make the appreciation education into the erroneous zone. So, we should clarify the recognition question existing in the education.
