Research On Industry-Agricultural And Forestry University-Research Institute Collaborative Innovation Strategy

Along with the construction of agricultural modernization and the advancement of "2011" plan, industry-university-research collaborative innovation will become the inevitable way for coordinated development of teaching and scientific research in agricultural and forestry universities. In the collaborative innovation, it gives prominence to mutual interaction and benefit of various innovation subjects, efficient integration of innovation resources, and composite benefit of innovation achievements. Moreover, the agglomeration effect and collaborative effect in innovation is emphasized.Publicity, basis, conflict and collaboration are the characteristics of industry-agricultural and forestry university-research institute collaborative innovation. According to the different collaborative subjects, collaborative content, collaborative relationship and cooperative mode, collaborative innovation can be divided into different types. According to the lifecycle theory, it is divided into 4 stages:germination period, growth period, mature period and aging period. In line with the planning direction analyzed and defined by the development strategy SWOT of industry-agricultural and forestry university-research institute collaborative innovation, the path can be further constructed.
