Since the New Curriculum Reform, exploring an effective approach of teacher professional development should be a great challenge and focal point of education field.As one of the important carrier that middle and primary school teaching studies at present at home and abroad,Lesson study with its unique practical value suffered much attention.Lesson study is a circulation rise collaborative research which around real teaching process undertaken,have practicality and circumstances, and its starting point and the foothold lies in the service for teaching activities and the growth of teacher.Lesson study is different from the traditional mode of teaching and research, having great value and significance to the teachers’ professional development.This study based on the relevant literature review on Lesson Study and used qualitative research methods,taking that the Y elementary school high piece Chinese class example studies group’s constant state studies as research object,through the conclusion studying case tracking, observation, version analysis as well as the data arranges, reaching the conclusion.In the introduction and theoretical overview section, the author first has carried on the review of related literature on lesson study and teacher professional development path,as well as explaining and elaborating the lesson and the lesson study from two aspects on concept and the basic flow.And in the case analysis section,through selecting typical cases,longitudinally,Investigator analysis a series of implementation process including topic, teaching, reflection and share in detail;horizontally,one hand applying a version to reproduce the process studying,on the other hand collecting data by means of classroom observation scale.Work along both lines,investigator concretely analysis lesson study from micro perspectives.In effect explore section,based on an examination,refining,summarizing in which selected case,investigator mine Specific performance and intrinsic power that lesson study promoting the teachers’ professional development from macro perspectives.In the real and ideal section,investigator pointed out that the actual current predicament of lesson study faced in the implementation process,in light of this,support strategies are proposed from three levels of administration,organization and technology.
