The education level of a country determines the country’s future development and direction. In the western rural areas, the environment is enclosed and economical development is far behind than the citys, even,there are the great amount of left-behind children.which are both harmful to teachers’ professional development.At the same time, the language teacher often play the role of head master or life tutor even parents on rural children, rural education, low quality of education in the western rural areas entirely have a great impacct on the environment of survival and development for teachers.there are some common problems in theschools,such as less chance for teachers training and higher pressure of teaching.Timely, the teachers was neglected by the society gradually because of the problem on low income and narrow relationship net,which make the teachers go to the trouble.Based on the deep reading,the essay set a point to research the problem.We designed the questionnaire for the teachers in the LiangZhou district and took in the survey by the motivition and demand and the way as well as the supporting of teachers development.Then,we interviewed three respective teachers and the headmaster.What all we do was just for describle the situation andproblems of the teachers in the rural districts.Then,we analyse the reson which lead the problems and some stratedy be put up with.The results showed that: there are some errors in the policy guidance of the western rural education, combined with the lack of the high quality education resources,which not only affect the quality of the development of rural students,but also have bad impact on the professional development of the rural Chinese teacher.These effects were from policy, environment, teachers,students respectively.To solve the predicament of rural Chinese teachers’ professional development,we should make necessary adjustment for the education policy and make greater effortsto support the construction of the good humanities environment,to improve the development of Chinese teachers’ professional and arouse teachers’ work enthusiasm and their own potential,making its have strong professional sense of belonging.Final,we should be actively improve the school-based teaching and research pattern and strengthen school-based training, encourage teachers to participate in school-based teaching material development, improve teachers’ professional level.
