The Research On Primary And Secondary Schools’ Safety Management

School safety management is an important part of social public security,it not only is related to the immediate interests of teachers and students, but also related to the harmony and stability of the school, the family and society.In recent years, school safety accidents at home and abroad is increasing, the harm of school security, infringe upon the rights of students cases have occurred, which gave the safety management on school has sounded the alarm.On school safety management, domestic and foreign scholars have done many researches, but they mostly at the macro level, put forward a series of policy and system; or to individual schools or events as the main object of study,case study, rarely in a certain region of the same type of school.The paper used questionnaires, interviews, field visits, investigated of the Dongsheng District 44 schools, found that primary and secondary schools in Dongsheng District in the road traffic, buildings and facilities, food and water,safety system, safety education, there are still many weak links. The author analyzed the reasons for these problems and put forward the improvement countermeasures of school safety management: strengthen school safety infrastructure construction, strengthen the school safety education, to implement the school safety system, strengthen supervision, form home school police defense assistance mechanisms to ensure the school safety, so as to effectively prevent and reduce safety incidents on adolescent health threats,timely and effective disposal of all unexpected events, reduce accident on adolescent health to a minimum.
