As the development of education, to deal with the conflict between school and family education and to make the positive effect of students’ growing up. The teamwork of school and family is more and more focused, this research is based on the reality of Hohhot’s and taking the example of Guan Dimiao primary school, which analyzes the current problems of education guidelines and system and to know whether it is possible to make teamwork between school and families. It tries to build up the bridge of analysis、education and feedback.This study is based on the actual situation of Hohhot to Guan Dimiao primary school, for example, through questionnaires and leadership, parent interviews to understand school students, parents, teachers and school leaders to the problems of school cooperation, such as teachers and parents in the educational role of the confusion, the lack of home-school guidance, cooperation themes and lack of willingness to participate, the lack of platforms and home-school system, and analyzes the causes of these problems. After the status of Guan Dimiao primary school cooperation were analyzed with reference to the school-based home-school mode, point out the reality of the foundation of the current Guan Dimiao primary school cooperation platform established to try to build on the platform of factors analyze, build a multi-stakeholder platform.The whole research is not only the deconsecrating work of the system, but also a positive research for teamwork between school and families in Hohhot, this will be beneficial for our such theories and teaching practices...
