With the development of the times, the theme of cooperation has gradually deepened in all walks of life, and the development of science and technology can not be completed without the cooperation of the team.In the rapidly developing economy of China,a new generation of children is needed to support it.Primary school stage is a key stage for people to go to society. In this period,it is necessary to cultivate children's sociality so that they can better adapt to society. Therefore, based on this social context, this study aims to improve the cooperation ability of senior students in primary schools by contextual teaching method. The method is to use the“Cooperative Ability Scale” compiled by Wang Bin and Li Furong(2011).The situational teaching group program uses senior students from a certain primary school in Nanchang as subjects to conduct activity interventions.Finally,SPSS.20 is used to conduct independent sample t-tests and paired sample t-tests on the data and discuss and analyze. The results of the study are as follows:1.The cooperation ability of primary school senior students is above the middle level. The order of scores of the seven dimensions is cooperative cognition, cooperative emotion, interpersonal interaction, conflict management, cooperation intention, emotion control and organization management.2.There is no significant difference in the ability of primary school senior students in terms of gender, grade, and whether they are the only child, but the level of female students' cooperative ability is higher than that of boys. The cooperative emotions, interpersonal interaction, conflict management, emotional control and organizational leadership of female students are different.Higher than boys;fifth-graders' ability to co-operate and all dimensions higher than sixth-grade students. The only child and non-only child have significant differences in the cognitive dimensions of cooperation, while the differences in other dimensions are not obvious, but the only child's ability to cooperate is higher than non-only children.3.Situational teaching method can effectively improve the cooperation ability of upper primary school students. However, there is a difference in the level of cooperation ability among them,in which higher grade students in primary schools have higher cooperation awareness than their cooperative skills. In all dimensions, thehighest level of promotion is in the dimensions of cooperative cognition. Conclusion: It can be seen from the results that the cooperation ability of senior high school students is in the middle level, and the demographic variables have no significant difference in the level of cooperation ability;and through the activity intervention, the situational teaching method can effectively improve the cooperation ability of senior students in elementary schools.
