The teamwork of music teachers within a region is a powerful approach to further improve music teachers' professionalism and teaching quality in the region at all aspects,and is also of great significance to enrich the teaching resources shared in the region.With the comprehensive development of the country,China's compulsory education has received widespread attention that national and local educational administrations have attached highly importance to the construction of teaching force in the new era,with increasingly expectations of society,schools and parents for the specialized teaching capabilities of teachers.Therefore,teachers must accelerate their professional development.However,most of the teamwork of teachers in China is teaching and research collaboration within schools,and collaboration between regionals and jurisdictions is rare,the way of constructing collaboration is a bit tedious.In this study,the musical courses shared among middle schools in J district in Shanghai were taken as an example to analyze the current situation of teamwork of music teachers in middle schools in J district through a survey of questionnaires and interviews,and to identify the actual problems exist in the collaboration among teachers within a region.The author attempted to give an interpretation from the inner teacher level of regional teacher team cooperation and the management mechanism of regional teacher team cooperation.The author points out the causes of the problem of regional teacher cooperation by combining the theory of group dynamics and the theory of learning organization.From the internal aspect of the teacher team,the main causes are that the personnel structure of junior high school music teachers in J district is not balanced,the specific division of labor of the teacher team is not clear,the cooperation lacks time and place for teaching and research,and the participation authority of team members is not implemented.From the perspective of regional teacher team organization,there are some problems,such as lack of professional guidance for subject teaching and research in the region,lack of feedback channels in the process of cooperation,and the evaluation and incentive mechanism can not convince the public.Therefore,the author makes clear the optimization principles of teachers' team cooperation: specifying common team goals,defining the division of labor according to teachers' expertise,conducting expert knowledge weeks regularly,solving problems with a positive attitude and implementing timely feedback and reflection.Finally,the optimization strategy of regional teacher team cooperation is put forward for this study.First of all,it is necessary to improve the cognitive level of individual teachers on teamwork: clarify the mode of teamwork,to strengthen the communication among teachers,to stimulate teachers' learning drive,to enhance the cohesion of teamwork and establish the subject self-confidence of music teachers;To carry out the professional guidance of curriculum construction,standardize the professional training of music teachers and rebuild the team teaching and research mode in the district;finally,improve the regional guarantee mechanism of team cooperation;improve the evaluation mechanism of regional music discipline,to restructure a variety of city-level display platforms in the campus and to directly deploy teaching and research tasks by the district education department.
