Study On The Construction Of Teachers Team In Private University In Jiangxi

After twenty years of groundless talk, Jiangxi province has become China’s private higher education province. In this development process, as a result of joint efforts of local governments and private universities, private higher education has gradually become more popular and has shown a good momentum of development. Private colleges and universitiesto become a first-class university, first of all should guarantee the quality of teaching, and the construction of teachers in the education and teaching quality plays a critical role.In the introduction part of this paper reviews the development of the developed countries,such as Japan and USA private education in China, draws out the teachers team constructionwhich plays in the role of private education.The second chapter mainly elaborates the construction of teaching team theory, including the concept of teachers team construction, human capital, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,humanistic management theory.The third chapter first reviews the development of private colleges and universities in Jiangxiand the achievements, such as: teachers, teachers’ moral character, growing good teachers in scientific research achievements continuously improve the and so on. In the development of private universities, also exist some problems: Teachers’ team is not stable enough,teachers lack of education and training, double teachers lack. Analysis of the above reasons,mainly includes: the reason of government and society, private colleges and universities themselves and the teachers themselves in three aspects.The fourth chapter according to the current situation and reasons of teachers team construction analysis, put forward the countermeasure of Jiangxi private college teachers team construction. First of all, the government should strengthen the construction of policy and laws and regulations. Secondly, the private universities need to improve the structure of teachers, improve teacher management system. Once again, the private college teachers should constantly enhance the ability, and love and dedication to the cause of private education.
