Reform and opening up for three decades, Chinese private college has been developed through a hard course from nothing to existence, from weak to strong, and become large step by step. The growing of private college strongly promotes the revolutionary reform of the organization of Chinese higher education. After twenty years of development, the private college in Jiangxi province is ranked third in China according to the overall strength. However, there still exist many problems about the teachers, such as the composition of the teacher team is unreasonable, the teacher team is unstable, and the academic level is not adequately high, which seriously restrains its development. The authors of this paper use the theory of common management, which mainly includes the motivation theory, the humanistic management theory, the need hierarchy theory and so on, and combine the analysis of the development history of private college in Jiangxi province, comprehensively analysis the problems about the composition of the teachers team. We draw the conclusion that the reasons causing the current situations are mainly three aspects. The first one is the reason about the inner management; the second one is reason about the problems of the teacher team; the third one is the reason about the external environment for development. Based on the analysis of the above reasons, the authors propose some advices to construct a stable and reasonable teacher team for the private college in Jiangxi province. The first one is to innovate about the management ideas, the second one is to stimulate effectively, the third one is to complete the construction of rules and system, the fourth one is to standardize the supervision and management of the government, the fifth one is to change the teachers' ideas and devote themselves to education career. In summary, the construction of the teacher team should be looking long term, out of the mistake of heavy use and light training. This paper is in order to promote the scientific construction of the teacher team of the private college and serve the development of the private college.
