In the development of a society,the initiative characteristics of human capital is a scarce resource.Principal as a kind of heterogeneous type of human capital,on the cause of socialist education and development plays a leading role,shoulder the obligatory responsibility.As the main practitioners of “meet the studious”,whether the principal human capital can play an important role in school or a substantial increase.It is the key to smoothly promote school reform and development.The current background is that "good schools,good headmaster" is very poor.The problem of configured the principal human capital,and effectively improved its effectiveness is urgent need to solve.Then the principal human capital has what characteristics?Therefore,revealing the formation of principal and development of the human capital inherent law is one of the key scientific problems.It is to reveal the influence factors and its mechanism of the principal human capital’s formation and development.Based on the above question,this research follows the urgent need to solve the key scientific problems.On the basis of predecessors’ research,and related basic theory of human capital,uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis and other research methods,let 178 principal in zhejiang province as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey to the life cycle of principal,we attempted to explore the phenomenon, reveal its internal opportunity,and provide the thinking and countermeasures for the development of principal.This research concluded the innovation to explore the main points are as follows:1.Build the anatomy of the principal human capital’s life cycle theory model.In this study to investigate the human capital theory, based on the theory of enterprise life cycle of the President, and other relevanttheories of organization life cycle, tentatively constructs analyze the principal theory of life cycle model.The formation of principal human capital will be divided into induction period, adjustment period, mature period and competent four stage.Summarizes the affecting formation and development of principal human capital factors.These factors are the cognitive model respectively,the position of knowledge, information screening,will to power,the principal cohesion,social responsibility.2.Verify the principal human capital has the characteristics of life cycle.Through statistical methods,the position of knowledge,information screening,the principal cohesion influence every stage of the principal life cycle by four linear regression.Through four regression equations for the longitudinal comparison,reveal all the factors in each stage of the impact of differences.Induction period,the principal position the lack of knowledge, information screening ability weak.Adjustment period,there is room to improve all kinds of ability of the principal.Maturity,information screening,and the principal cohesion to the principal is in a fall. Competent, the principal tends to box, hinder the development.3.Countermeasures and suggestions of effective configuration and motivate the principal human capital.According to the results of analysis,Understand the difficulty of the principal growth process,first of all,put forward the corresponding measures from the principal itself.Again from the outside,establish the principal competitive mechanism.Strengthen the training of principal.Extend the principal life cycle.Build in accordance with the principal office term of the life cycle.
