Practical wisdom as the core of the professional development of teachers, to provide a solid foundation for the development of individual teachers, professional education and therefore, is of great significance to study the development of high school mathematics teachers practical wisdom. This paper developed a set of practical wisdom level measurement table, using the analysis method and the questionnaire by literature, based on the practical wisdom from the ordinal regression model, which in the past research, is never seen.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly discusses the background, significance of research, research process and the shortcomings of existing research. Existing literature on the subject is too general, lack of empirical research and special.The second part is the literature review, mainly for the concept, the characteristics, influencing factors of practical wisdom and training methods are discussed. Practical wisdom originated in the field of philosophy, the theoretical research of the concept is very rich, but the influencing factors and the cultivation of research is weak.Determine the core concept of the third part of the definition of practical wisdom, wisdom, as well as the practical wisdom of teachers. In this paper, on the basis of existing research on the definition of wisdom and practical wisdom of teachers practical wisdom, innovation into educational understanding, beyond the classroom teaching force and the strain of the three parts, and the connotation of the depth of analysis.The development and design of the fourth part of the questionnaire. The questionnaire is divided into three parts, the first part is the survey of teachers’ background information, the second part is the measurement of practical wisdom level, is divided into three dimensions, five problems in the development of each dimension, the third part is the analysis of the source of the practical wisdom.The fifth part is the investigation and analysis of results. First, the correlation coefficient using ordinal regression model to obtain the practical wisdom of each contribution, and the forecast probability equation of each source of practical wisdom contribution, then draws the conclusion:the accumulation of experience, colleagues, a larger contribution to the teaching reflection, classroom observation, and reading, post training contribution, research, study pre a small contribution, expert lectures. Second, from the use of bivariate Pearson correlation coefficient, the only awards and has great influence on teaching practice wisdom.The sixth part is the conclusion and Prospect of the research. The innovation of this research lies in the amount of practice, developed a set of practical wisdom level measurement table, and the sources of the practical wisdom contribution by using the model, and using the bivariate correlation analysis method, the influence of practical wisdom and correlated factors, to make some contribution to the study of mathematics teachers’ practice wisdom.
