As the core of the computer technology, multimedia technology and network technology, information technologydevelops vigorously, leading the online learning swept the globe. Currently, the blended learning, which combines the advantages of face-to-face learning andonline learning, plays a more and more important role in the process of higher education reform.Asameansofaccesstoinformation and communication,WeChat is used by many people.WeChat Public Platform has easy operation, can push message to specified learner, and has readable information. So, more and more education workersconcern it.Through collecting and sorting related literature, this study grasps the related concepts and theories, and analyzes the research status quo of blended learning, the application status of WeChat Public Platform in education andthe research status quo of information technologyacceptance in the field of education.Based on it, this study tries to carry out blended learning in the course of moderneducationaltechnology supported by WeChat Public Platform. And through the interview survey oflearners, this studycombs the potentialfactors influenced the blended learning, which isthe characteristics of learners, technical features, resources characteristics and subjective norm. Then under the guidance of technology acceptance theory, this studybuilds a blended learning acceptance analysis model, which is formed by the four factors as the external variables, perceivedusefulnessand perceivedease-of-use as the intermediate variable, and actual system use as the dependent variable, and proposes the corresponding research hypothesis.Finally, through the questionnaire survey, and with the help of two data analysis software SPSS and AMOS, the study imports the data of questionnaire to the analysis model, through the estimationmodel, evaluationmodel and correction model,analyzing and confirming the right factors that influences learners’ acceptance.In addition, with the help of WeChat public platform’s function ofdata statistics, this study collects and analyzesthe actual data during the blended learning process, to reflect the using situationfrom the side.The results show that the characteristics of learners, technical features and resources characteristicsaffect the learners’ acceptance of blended learning by influencing the learners’ perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness of blended learning. Therefore, when we carry out the practice on blended learning supported by WeChat Public Platform, we should try to improve learners’ self-efficacy, attaches great importance to the design and development of high quality learning resources.The blended Learning supported by WeChat Public Platform is one kind of blended learning, so this study hope to provide certain reference for the practice of blended learning.
