In the 21st century, with the development of Chinese economy, the demand for energy has raised rapidly, which in turn has improved the development of coal industry and has increased continuously the investment of coal mine construction in china. Up to 2014, the capacity of the national coal production reached to 4 billion tons every year and the consuming of the coal took up 70% in the energy market in China. But the coal production accident has been a bottleneck to restrict it’s development. Therefore, one major measure taken by the State Deparment of Coal Mine Safety is to reduce and prevent the accident through enhancing the security training and improving the quality of the staff.As a leading enterprise in China, Pingmei Group has got a prominent achievement in the safety production, especially has made great progress in the safety training, which has promoted the coal mine safety production. But there are still some deep-seated problems which must to be solved. In this paper, in accordance with the group’s safety production, safety education training and the involved stuff characteristic, the poll survey is conducted with such three layers as the management, working staff and the trainers. Through analysis, Pingmei Group has seven problems in the staff security education training aspect:① lack of safety education training awareness; ② not enough funds for education; ② short of education resources, quality is uneven, esp. insufficient in the practical education ability; ④ the lagging construction of practice base; ⑤ heavy-load training program and old-fashioned training content and form; ⑥ the lagging of education material development;⑦ staff entrance is not strict,instability of trainee and inefficiency of training.By drawing upon various problems, we can analyze the formationreasons from different aspects for these problems, which are just as stated above. Including:The building of the teaching staff and practical training base construction can not meet the needs of teaching; Management and workers do not pay enough attention to safety education training, the contradiction between working and training is not solved well; Thedevelopment of the education material does not combine closely with theproduction needs,which causes teaching and the need of production areout of touch; recruitment entrance is not strict with some lower personnelin cultural quality, in addition the enterprise staffs larger mobility, invalid, repeated and inefficiency training, result in training is difficult.Not enough funds. for education restricts the improvement of training quality.According to the investigation on the training of Pingmei Group and my 10-years experience of safety training, the writer want to put forward some solutions to these problems as follows:① To establish a correct concept of the training, in order to improve the understanding of safety education training; ② To reform of the training model of safety education, especially trying modern educational management mode and quality control system, in order to improve the training efficiency; ③ To enhance the faculty building, in order to improve the level of education teaching; ④ To pay attention to the construction of training base, especially strengthen training on the occupation skills; ⑤ To strengthen the management of human resources within the enterprise, in order to enhance the cultural and overall quality of staff; ⑥ To take the textbook development into account, in order to combine the textbook with production; ⑦ To increase investment, especially the safety education and training investment, in order to improve the level of training.
