The Study Of State-owned Coal Enterprises' Staff Sports Service System In Anhui Province

With the development of our society and the enterprise's economy, a large mechanized production inputs, production efficiency and the living standards of workers are greatly improved, the demand for sports of workers has grown from mere physical fitness to enhance of life quality. Staffs also hope to participate in physical exercise and various sports activities to improve all aspects of their bodies. Therefore, the study of mine staff sports service system, not only meet all aspects of company's development, but also to meet the needs of individual workers'sports development.This paper uses literature, expert, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods to study the basic situation of sports service system of mine workers in Anhui Province in the new period, from the mine workers'organized sports services leadership systems, material security system, regulations system, sports content and form systems, information systems and other aspects of scientific systems to investigate and analysis, and study the Countermeasures for mine workers'sports service system, to provide ideas and sports services reference. Main conclusions are:(A) Deficiencies of organization and leadership system:Less Mine Workers' Sports Associations; inefficiency administrative; lack of sports management persons; unreasonable devices.(2) Unreasonable physical security systems:imbalance of the construction of sports facilities; less funding sources; unreasonable distribution of facilities, nobody is responsible for maintenance and other related venues and facilities.(3) Regulatory system is not perfect:staff sports regulations communicated in the actual process is not binding.(4) Scientific Information System Problems:Mines without a body or a person devoted to the conduct of scientific research staff sports; sports information does not form a perfect delivery mechanism.(5) The contents of the formal system is imperfect:the form of workers is relatively small, the majority of workers are willing to choose easy sports to engage in, such as walking, basketball, Ping Yu ball.
