| On this year’s National People’s Congress and The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, There are representatives proposed "accelerate the construction of social work team" again. Many experts think, to build a well-off society in an all-round way in our country and make our governance system more modern, the social work team and other professional power will play a basic and important role, especially need to speed up the construction. From many news reports, it is not hard to see the fact that our government encourage and support the development of professional social work. With the government’s supportive policy, in recent years, the social work development in our country has made a series of exciting progress, particularly in the professional education. At the same time, however, we also need to ponder for the problems. In recent years, the social work students’professional identity has gotten the attention of the academic scholars and social people from all walks of life. Some scholars through the study found that social work students’professional identity status has a noticeable influence on their attitude and behavior of the professional courses learning process, and it also has a strong predicted effects about if they are willing to be a social worker in the future. Therefore, the research on the professional identity of social work students has important theoretical significance and practical significance,In this paper, on the basis of referencing academic experts’literature, the author uses the method of qualitative research, collecting data through interviews. On the one hand, the author studies the ordinary university social work students’professional identity status from professional values and theories, professional teaching, prospect of profession, professional learning, professional status and corresponding occupation six dimensions. On the other hand, the author respectively expounds the factors influencing students’professional identity from the individual sense of microcosmic factors and environmental sense of medium and macroscopic factors, at the same time, analyses some factors’mode of action. Finally, coming to the following conclusions:First, there is a big difference between professional identity of each dimension; Second, professional identity is mutual influenced by internal personal factors and external environmental factors; Third, the social work professional teachers in ordinary colleges and universities need to be strengthened, teaching level needs to improve; Fourth, the development of the social work occupation is the key to enhance the level of students’professional identity; Fifth, the public awareness and recognition for social work need to be improved in the small and medium-sized cities. |
