A Preliminary Study On The Professional Con Str Uction Strategy Of Township Social Work Stations In The Initial Stage ——Take L Social Work Station For Example

As the country to promote the work in full swing,positive response national policy in various areas through the establishment of social work station way to set up with the masses support channels,social work station at all levels of rural revitalization of the road has become a major step in force,the country revitalization focus is to prevent the large-scale Chinese phenomenon,to targeted measures and effectiveness,We will help rural areas advance toward modernization.The government purchase of service projects is the main development direction of social work institutions under the current trend.Therefore,it should be noted that the social work stations under development are still in the early stage of devopment,and the construction in all aspects is not perfect.Therefore,it is of practical value to study the professional construction of social work stations.This paper takes L social work station in G County as an example,takes case study method as guidance,explores the optimization direction of L social work station in the process of professional construction,uses interview method and observation method to collect data,and completes the research based on the author’s four-month internship in the municipal social work station.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the L social work station project and the needs of local residents,the study found that: First,by studying the goal of professional construction of SOCIAL work station L,the initial stage of social work station L is divided into three stages: preliminary stage of specialization preparation,stage of specialization development in early operation,and stage of specialization adjustment in operation optimization.The specific situation is analyzed from the perspective of relevant subjects involved.It mainly collects in-depth data from front-line social workers,service target groups,projects,third-party evaluation agencies and other subjects of the social work station,and comprehensively evaluates the completion of their professional construction.Induces L secondly on the basis of specialization of social work station construction,there is absence of professional talent,professional service fragmentation,lack of professional network platform and three aspects of the problem,issues surrounding corresponding specific discussions about the specialization of social work station construction,preliminary explored the corresponding research strategy,serving as a reference for other social work station and reference.
