In recent years, social work in the Mainland of China obtain the better development opportunities. the creation of a sharp increase in the number of universities of social work profession,which graduate students of social work profession as the support for the amount of social work discipline team construction, it plays a vital role for the development of social work in China. However, these students Through voluntary choice to subject and unified in the national postgraduate exam, become the master of social work professional degree graduate student eventually.After the normal and high level,attaches great importance to the practice and application of professional education and training,which study goal and plan were still not clear,lacked the enthusiasm of disciplines practice,lost the confidence to the future of social work development,many of the factors that led to a low degree of recognition of professional social work..To explore of what the factors affect the social work discipline were,take effective measures to improve students' study enthusiasm,establish subject values, to foster its emotional, make graduate students in an objective view to treat the subject. Eventually to achieve the results of promoting their recognition of subject.The author investigated through the questionnaires and interviews method to the graduate students of social work profession of 2015th at L university. Survey mainly in four areas:discipline values, discipline team,discipline prospects, disciplines policy of social work. And through the analysis of survey data to find out the status of social work discipline. From which to conclude the major factors and micro-factors. Then,through the social work method to solve the problem that the low degree of recognition of professional social work. Ultimately,we will right and error cognition to the area of social work.The author aimed at graduate students of social work profession in social work involved.respectively, from the set of membership, self-knowledge, subject cognition,subject values,subject interest,and subject confidence from six aspects of,"professional identity construction". to improve the social work discipline identity, and achieved some results.Of course, also many deficiencies in the process of intervention,This article from the sight of social work discipline to reveal the positive effectiveness of the group work in promoting the social work professional discipline identity. Is is also hope to provide valuable experience for the follow-up related research.
