In this paper,using qualitative research methods,12 interviewees were selected from four universities in four colleges and universities,and 12 interviews were selected by purpose sampling,and the professional identity and influence factors of 12 interviewees were studied by using the analytical framework of grounded theory.The findings are as follows: first,there are differences in the dimensions of professional identity between the three stages of postgraduate entrance,pre internship and pre internship.With the development of their professional learning and practice,their professional cognition is also undergoing constant reshaping,and their professional identity has changed in the process of cognitive remolding.The main manifestation is that it has a strong instrumental identity before entering the school,and after the admission-the pre internship stage is a strong emotional identity,and then after the internship,it returns to the present status of strong identification with a strong instrumental identity.On the whole,professional identity is the critical point of professional practice,which is characterized by two heads with low middle height identity.Two.The factors affecting the professional identity of the postgraduate students in the cross professional social work are diversified,and the influence factors of different stages have great differences,and the influence degree of the influence factors on the individual professional identity of the interprofessional students is also different.In the pre school stage,the factors that affect the professional identity of the postgraduate graduate students mainly include the utilitarian motivation,the realistic choice of professional selection,the superficial professional cognition,and the professional expectations which are not too much in conformity with the professional reality.Professional internship events are the main factors that affect the professionalidentity of interdisciplinary social work postgraduates.The study found that professional internship events can not be underestimated by the interviewee's professional identity.Whether the experience of professional practice and professional practice can directly affect and impact the level of professional identity of postgraduate students in cross professional social work,so as to affect their professional behavior investment and whether they are willing to engage in social workers.The choice of the behavior of the profession.Finally,from the individual level of the graduate student of cross professional social workers,the paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the key factors that affect their professional identity in different learning stages before and after the postgraduate entrance of the master of social work.It is necessary to correct the motivation of the study,accurately recognize the profession of the examination,and to promote the professional understanding by actively participating in the practical activities related to the specialty,and help to better adapt to the professional study after the entrance.After the admission,the author mainly from the three angles of the individual,the University and the government society.First of all,the postgraduate students of cross professional social workers should actively cope with the cultural differences between pre professional and new specialties,overcome the negative psychology of inferiority,seek social support actively,and maintain an optimistic and inclusive professional learning attitude.Secondly,the author of the college training unit believes that the cross professional students should be strengthened.It is necessary to strengthen the professional practice of graduate students in cross professional social work.In the end,the government and the society should strengthen the publicity,improve the social cognition of the social work profession and improve the social workers' treatment.The development of the professional professionalization of the social work is the most important factor to improve and improve the professional identity of the social work students.
