The psychological problems of junior students is becoming more and more serious under modern society. However, people do not give the problem deserved emphasis,and there are absent effective measures to enhance the psychological health level.The paper discuss the junior students psychological health problems under, providing some theoretical and practical reference to cultivate the psychological quality of junior students.The article is divided into the following parts:The introduction is made up of the present of problem, the meaning of research, research summary of home and abroad, research approach and methods and the innovation and shortcomings of my research. The first part of the text from the junior high school students, schools and social discuss the significance of the implement of school mental health education at junior middle school stage.The second part of the text discuss the problem of school mental health education at junior middle school stage, and the primary problem are the misunderstanding of school mental health education, the competency deficiency of the school mental health education teacher, the undeveloped resource of school mental health education at junior middle school, the bad coordination of school mental health education at junior middle school, the weak ability of junior middle school students mental education by themselves.The third part of the text discuss the method of school mental health education, and the five suggestions are as follows:Firstly, to establish a scientific concept of school psychological health education, including a comprehensiveview of education, the difference of theview of education, the development of theconcept of education; Secondly, to promote the professional development of school psychological health education, including the teacher of psychological education and the managers of psychological; Thirdly, to construct comprehensive consent of school psychological health education, including learning psychology education, social psychological education and other specialpsychological education; Fourthly, to develop school psychological health education in multiple ways, mainly including fourth factors:to strengthen the psychologicaleducationin the moral lesson, pay attentiontoleisure psychological education of junior middle school students, to create a harmonious campus cultural environment, the creation ofthree-in-oneeducation mode; Fifthly,to improve students’ self education psychological level, cultivatingthe ability of self cognition, self adjustment and self development.
