With the rapid development of modern science and technology community, the number of vocational school students is also increasing, but the students enrolled in vocational schools in terms of the prevalence of mental quality is poor, self-control is weak, there is no motivation other conditions. Students in vocational schools mostly in the age of puberty age fifteen or sixteen to eighteen-year-old between positive adolescents, this stage is the mental change people’s most intense period. But also the psychological confusion, one of the largest conflict period, and vocational school students generally regarded as a failure in basic education students, so to strengthen the technical school students psychological education and management is a critical issue, so for these psychological problems and the corresponding countermeasures to solve a problem is a long-term concern. We train qualified new era for industrial workers and resolve some of the problems that exist in the basic education of great historical and realistic significance. Mental health study, work efficiency plays a role in the skills competition, more important is the overall health of human development also plays an important role. A mental health people are energetic, optimistic, cheerful, study and work with strength and high efficiency. And a psychological unhealthy people often distracted, thinking too much, can not concentrate on learning and work, not only affects the efficiency of life, but also greatly hampered their innovative talents. Mental health, promote the harmonious development of human intelligence and personality, the biggest play of human intelligence, nurturing talent it is very important.The main psychological problems exist in vocational students showed learning psychological problems, such as: learning without a goal, the direction is not clear, surfing the Internet, abandoned their studies and so on; psychological problems of self-emotional aspects, such as: self-awareness is the main body of their mental communication aspects of psychological problems, mainly in terms of puppy love phenomenon, classmate relationship, dormitories interpersonal, fellow relationship, teacher-student relations problems; lack of physical, behavioral and themselves, their consciousness and social relations with others, and other aspects of; employment psychological problems, such as: lack of confidence, lack of initiative, problem ego psychology, expectations are too high, employment and other aspects of passive waiting. The main reason for this series of mental health problems are: factors from school, family factors, social factors. There is the most important factors from the school, defects mainly in school education system, the school mental health education methods and measures are not appropriate, given the potential of thinking of teacher education, education means method is not flexible, etc., of the reason.In this study, the main reason for this series of problems, propose appropriate methods and educational measures, including the four major areas: psychological counseling programs set up to fill the gaps psychological teaching from teaching; school class student liaison additional counselors; set up psychological counseling room designed for students to counseling; and finally the use of network resources to strengthen mental education. From the perspective of higher vocational students to understand the harm of psychological problems, measures and methods with a more professional and operational improvement Lack of psychological health education from the school education system, the establishment of counseling room equipped with professional psychological experts specifically for psychological problems of students to provide solutions in the professional ranks, and let teachers and students to establish a good exchange of liaison interactive platform to grasp students’ psychological condition, and use of network resources for mental health education is more extensive and comprehensive, multifaceted whole from many angles orientation effectively solve the problem of students’ mental health, and the eventual establishment of "four in one" mental health education network.In this article, we explore vocational school students ’mental health training and education to deal with it to further improve the secondary vocational school students’ mental health education, there is some reference value, improving the mental health of the student groups in order to ensure appropriate vocational schools for the long-term development of the country’s higher level of talent.
