The Countermeasures Study Of The Existing Problems In Current Psychological Health Education In Universities

Recently, the psychological health education in universities has become an important part in the daily education and management of university, as it not only enriches the university education, but also increases the ways in facilitating students'all-round development.This paper tries to summarize and develop the positive effects of the psychological health education in universities in the following four aspects: the substance of the psychological health education, the necessity of the psychological health education, the problem in the university psychological health education, and the countermeasure study in the university psychological health education development.The first part of this paper deals with the essence of the psychological health education. In this part the definition, goal, principle, content, and method of psychological health education in the present Chinese academic circle are analysed.The second part analyses the necessity of carrying out the psychologically healthy education in universities, from the demands of the social development, of the university education goal and of the individuality development of students. Based on the above analysis, the urgency of implementing the psychological health education in universities is pointed out.The third part explores the problems in implementing the psychological health education in universities, such as the problems in implementing process, the insufficiency of its knowledge, the flaws in curriculum construction and the shortage of faculty.The fourth part tries to deliver some suggestions for the development of psychological health education in universities. Generally, there are three aspects. First, its knowledge should be better understood, and the supervising and instructing role of universities should be enhanced; second, the integration of university life and it should be promoted; third, the union of university moral education and it should be facilitated, and new ways in developing the psychological health education should be explored.
